Lady Ifechukwu Tina Obi-Arumgbo attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where she obtained B.A Hons (History) and LLB Hons before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. She was called to the Bar in 1996.
Furthermore, she attended Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka where she obtained the MPA in 2001.
She also obtained the PGD Education from the National Open University of Nigeria in 2014.
In 1987 she joined the Nigerian Airports Authority (which later became Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria) as Personnel Officer.
By dint of hard work and dedication, she rose to the peak of her career as General Manager Training and Human Resources, FAAN before her retirement in 2022.
As GM Training/ HRD in 2021, she got the recognition of FAAN Training School by ICAO as a Global Training Center and a member of Trainair Plus, being the second of such International Institute in Nigeria.
In the course of her career, she attended numerous trainings, courses, seminars, conferences etc, both locally and internationally.
She is a Professional Trainer, having been certified by Center for Management Development (CMD), Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) where she obtained Professional Certificates in Training Instructors Course (TIC 1&2) as well as Training Developers Course (TDC).
After her retirement from FAAN, she joined the TDI Global Institute with Headquarters in Canada as Managing Partner in charge of the Nigerian office in Lekki, Lagos.
She has also worked in partnership with renowned Training Consultants such as Eureka Consulting, International Gazelle Limited etc. to deliver trainings across Nigeria.
She is currently the Managing Director/CEO of CICA Global Services, Abuja.
She is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners of Nigeria and a Member of various Professional Bodies such as Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), NITAD, NIM Chartered, CIPM.
She is married and blessed with children.
