How the ACGPN Exam Exemption Policy Works
Our exemption policy is designed to fast-track experienced candidates while maintaining the rigorous standards expected of ACGPN members. If you hold certifications from recognized bodies such as ICAN, NBA, or ICSAN, or possess a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance or related fields, you can apply for module exemptions.
Common Exemption Categories:
- Legal Professionals (NBA): Exemptions in Corporate Law and Regulatory Compliance modules.
- Chartered Accountants (ICAN/ANAN): Exemptions in Financial Reporting and Audit Committee modules.
- Academic Qualifications: MSc/MBA/PhD holders in Corporate Governance receive broad foundational exemptions.
How to Apply: Simply submit your academic transcripts and professional certificates during your membership application. Our certification board will review your credentials and issue an official exemption letter.
